Terms and Conditions
Credits can be redeemed for:
- Any existing WorkInSync modules: Desk Booking, Room Booking, Parking Booking, Visitor Management, and Meal Booking (used independently or in combination)
- Subscription fees consumed at $6 per-user-per-month for all registered users, regardless of your actual subscription pricing
- Features not currently available in the product but aligned with our Product Roadmap
- Billed at $400 per person-hour
Credits cannot be applied to: - Premium modules (e.g., AI-driven space planning, advanced analytics)
- Third-party software or integrations
- Professional services (implementation, workplace consulting, change management)
- Hardware, IoT sensors, or kiosks
- Taxes, duties, or government fees
- No cash value – Credits cannot be exchanged for money or refunded
- Non-transferable – Credits cannot be transferred to other organizations, affiliates, or subsidiaries without written approval
- Expiration – Unused credits expire at the end of the 6-month program period and cannot be carried forward
- Fraud protection – Credits obtained through misrepresentation or fraud are void
Earn $20,000 in additional credits when you refer to another eligible enterprise that successfully goes live on WorkInSync. - Referral credits follow the same usage rules and expiration as program credits
- Self-referrals and circular referrals are not permitted
- WorkInSync validates all referrals before issuing credits
